Jacob is 8 months old!

Jacob is 8 months old today!!!

(Somehow with the craziness after Christmas, I missed doing a 7 month post...)

You are still wearing size 2 diapers & have moved into 6-9 and 6-12 month clothes

You eat 5-6 times a day

Your nighttime sleeping is still irregular... but most of the time you sleep 8:30-6

You are taking 2-3 naps a day, with the best one being in the morning

You've had a very busy month - you began crawling a few weeks ago!
Gone are the days I could set you down to play & you would stay there,

but it's lots of fun watching where you wanders!

You're exploring your voice more every day

& you like to move your tongue around different ways

It's hard to believe right now it's -4 with a wind chill of -28

when last Friday we were swinging on the porch in almost 70 degree weather!

You haven't enjoyed the swing very much & usual look very scared, shake & start to cry

But, thankfully last week, you finally realized it was fun!

I am so thankful you are in my life precious Jacob.

It has been an amazing 8 months watching you grow

& watching your siblings grow in love with you too!
